Our VIP package includes all of the following.

  • We limit our VIP area to allow our guest to enjoy the evening without over crowding the experience.

    • VIP Lounge

    • VIP Viewing Area

    • Unlimited Beer and Wine (Served from 6 pm to 9:30 PM)

    • Hors-d'oeuvre and Desserts (Served from 6 pm to  9 pm)

    • Executive restrooms

    • Commemorative VIP Badge, Lanyard, and Beads


Float Applications

The application fee per entry. Please complete the form and provide your insurance information for your float and or vehicles.

All entries are required to be decorated. We do have partners that offer complete float solutions should you need a little extra help.

  • Commercial: Category is reserved for our community business owners.

  • Krewe: Category is reserved for Tampa Bay Krewes

  • DDMA: Category is reserved for Dunedin Merchants

  • Non-Profit: Category is reserved for Non-Profit organizations

  • School Marching Bands: Pinellas County Schools marching bands and or community marching bands.   

* Golf cart entries will not be accepted for this event.

Sponsor Applications

  • Parade Route Banner: Your banner placed on the parade route barricades (your company supplies the nonrecoverable banner)

  • VIP lounge and viewing area:  The VIP Lounge sponsored by your company name or product. Unique opportunity to position your product or services to an exclusive guest list. Two companies sponsor the VIP lounge.  Also includes your branding on our promotional tee's and featured within our marketing programs.

  • Stage Sponsor:  Your company logo banner featured on the stage and tee shirt. Your company logo or product will be featured in our media campaigns

  • Judge Stage:  Exclusive to DDMA members. Your company logo banner featured on the stage and tee shirt. Your company logo or product will be featured in our media campaigns Exclusive to DDMA members

Vendor Application

Event Date: 

Open to the public at 4 pm to 10 pm

Basic Vendor Fee for a 10x10 Space. You must provide your tables, chairs, skirts, lights, heavy duty extension cords and a tent which is optional.

*Note this is a night time event.

  • General Products or Services: This is an open category, nonexclusive. 

  • Mardi Gras Products: An exclusive category featuring Mardi Gras related items. 

  • Scentsy: An exclusive category limited to one entry

  • Lularoe: An exclusive category limited to one entry

* We request that your product or services be related to the event. Power must be purchased in advance and requires the vendor to have 100 feet of 20 AMP extension cords and mats. 

Select electric application to purchase before the event. All on-site electric purchased subject $100.00 fee.

Beads, Beads and More Beads

We offer beads by the case only. We will also drop them off at your float number date of the event.
